A Quitclaim Deed transfers real property from you, as the current
owner of your real property, to you, as Trustees of your living trust.
It must be prepared, executed in the presence of a notary, and
RECORDED in the county in which the property is situated. This
sample Quitclaim Deed is provided to assist you.
